The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on Zukazo (hereinafter referred to as “Zukazo”). 

  1. In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
    • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
    • Has missing parts or accessories
    • Is different from what was ordered
    • Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible)

            Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. (Link here “ View the full list of non-returnable items”.)

  2. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
  3. Only Zukazo Fulfilled items may be eligible for replacement. For more details, please refer About Free Replacements.
  4. If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Zukazo shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information."
  5. Some items may not be eligible for return if you "no longer need it" (including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered).
  6. The products once purchased shall not be returned or refunded after expiry of 10 days from the date of delivery of order.


1. About Free Replacements

Fulfilled by Zukazo items, Prime eligible items and few Seller Fulfilled items can be replaced at no extra cost through our Online Returns Centre provided certain conditions (as given below) are fulfilled..

Fulfilled by Zukazo items, Prime eligible items and few Seller Fulfilled items are eligible for free replacements. If the item you ordered arrived in a damaged/defective condition or was different from what was ordered, it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller.

Note: If an eligible item is out of stock from the same seller, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned product will be issued.

In order to be eligible for a free replacement, an item must be within the return window and in stock with same seller (exact same item). The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:

(i) In case the product ordered was delivered in a damaged or mutilated condition 

(ii) If the product delivered was deprived of some of its parts or accessories 

(iii) If the product ordered was found to be different from the product If the product delivered was found to be a defective item or in the case where the productdoes not work properly

Note:

(i) A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.

(ii) If the product has missing parts or accessories, you may try to contact the manufacturer for assistance. Manufacturer contact information can usually be found on the product packaging or in the paperwork included with the product.

(iii) If your item is not eligible for free replacement due to any reason, you can always return it for a refund.

(iv) If your product falls under Seller Fulfilled item and is not eligible for a free replacement, please "Contact Seller" from "Your Orders" to request a refund.
